The Social Security Administration of Israel has successfully integrated the ADA System ECM with the Main Frame legacy system of the organization. The integration adds efficiency and improves customer service and employees’ satisfaction.
Background: a Major Israeli Insurance Company is using the ADA System ECM & Workflow to manage its life and health insurance policy files.
Business Processes Description – Handling Client’s Due: The company legacy system generates a daily report listing clients with payments due on their insurance policies. Once the report is generated it is uploaded onto the ADA System using the ADA System Upload Service (FLS). The FLS generates workflow processes for each client listed. Based on predefined workflow rules the workflow processes are routed to the appropriate worker for handling.
Background: An Israeli Major Credit Cards Company manages all of its client’s transaction statements within the ADA System Digital Archive. The transaction statements are retrieved by workers and clients in various business processes.
Business Processes Description – Web Portal requests: The client asks to retrieve transaction statements (stored in the ADA System archive) using the web portal application. The request is processed and generates a BizTalk process to communicate with the ADA System FLX Web Service. The ADA System FLX Web Service returns a list of transaction statements stored in the archive for the requested period of time. The list is then returned by the BizTalk process and presented to the client within the portal window. The client can now select a specific transaction statement to view and a new BizTalk process is generated to retrieve the transaction statement. The ADA System FLX Web Service is producing the requested transaction statement and the BizTalk process forwards it back to the portal for the client to view.

The transaction sheets are retrieved by workers and clients in various business processes. The company is the leading Credit Card issuer in Israel, handling millions of cards.
Business Processes Description – IVR Requests: The customer seeks for a copy of his monthly transactions printout > using the touch tone phone > the request arrives to the IVR application and processed and is “pushed” > to a MQ Series queue > the request is “pulled” out of the queue by a Legacy system which registers the transaction for billing and is “pushed” again > to a MQ Series queue > from which the ADA System Job Service “pulls” the request and generates > ADA System FLX request > which retrieve the stored document and produce a printout > which is sent to the customer.
Background: A Major Israeli Hospital manages its patient files using the ADA System ECM. One of the primary fields to retrieve a patient file is the patient identification number.
Business Processes Description– Temporary Identification Number Correction: Some patients arriving to the hospital are given a temporary ID identification number. That is because they are not identified. Once the patient has been identified – the correct identification number is entered into the legacy system. The TIBCO BPM engine now generates a process in the ADA System Job Service in order to update the temporary identification number. Once The ADA System Job Service is generated it retrieves a list of corrected identification numbers form TIBCO Web Service. Next, the ADA System Job Service processed those identification numbers in the document database and completes the business process.
